ZAR has your Lasermax Roll System LX566 Stacker, for stacking of output from high-speed continuous digital printers. The new combination handles forms up to 18″ long, in a broad range of basis weights down to 11 pound bond (40 gsm). Speeds up to 450 feet per minute, and offers a number of features designed for system flexibility as well as ease of use. The LX566 Stacker forms stacks for near-line or off-line finishing, and also has a bypass function to allow delivery of sheets to an in-line finishing device such as a folder or stitcher, for those needing flexible print on demand configurations.

A reject gate is standard on the LX566 to intelligently divert incomplete jobs and blank pages. Stacks are well spaced for crisp, clean quality and for easy removal by the operator. The LX566 Stacker has an interactive, touch-screen display that includes the LX500 Support System. This system makes the operator manual easily available on the display, and provides error detection with step-by-step instructions to guide in operator troubleshooting. Other ease of use features improves operator access and helps avoid the need for tools.
