Typical Rebuild for A Flowmaster Unit With Input- FX Models | RS Models | 12000 Series Models
- Unit is usually taken down to Frame on Main Chassis, depending on the condition of appearance
- Base Unit is cleaned and painted when needed
- Install new Bearings, shafts, pusher chains, and sprockets when needed
- Feeder are disassembled and reassembled with new rubber
- Electrical is tested along with wire condition, if worn -replaced
- All sensors are checked for proper operation, replaced if Bad
- Outside covers and topside painted- again depending on appearance 90 % are painted
- Sheet feeder- same as above- all rubber feed tires and belting replaced, Air compressors check vanes replaced
- Insert fingers replaced along with insert guides.
- Tracks are checked for wear
- Turnover belts replaced
- All motors tested and brushes installed if DC Volt
